Bastien's Tokoyami buff activates at a cost of 15% of his maximum HP - paying this cost cannot kill him. While it is live, Bastien's attack is doubled and he cannot be staggered. At low HP, Tokoyami is applied permanently, but can still be dispelled using Dark Thrust. Bastien also passively reduces damage by 50% at all times.
